Western Ranch Program: Summer Position

YMCA Camp Mason runs a popular and long-standing western riding program in the Delaware Water Gap in northwestern New Jersey. Our Ranch Director is responsible for a stable of 25 horse for 10 weeks, managing staff, arranging and supervising riding lessons, and tending to the general maintenance of 2 barns. Camp Mason is situated on 650 acres, with gorgeous views of the Kittatinny Ridge and miles of trails for riding. This a a great opportunity for someone with the right experience and aptitude.
